As of July 1, 2025, Crocker Communications and a select group of RingSquared accounts have officially joined AccessPlus. While our name and logo are new to your invoices and communications, everything you value about your current service — including the team that supports you — remains the same.
This rebrand is part of our continued growth and is designed to bring business and residential customers expanded service options, a stronger infrastructure, and a centralized support experience under one unified brand.
What’s Changing
AccessPlus was built to support your voice, data, and internet needs, and we’ve been doing this in the Northeast for over 20 years. By bringing our regional operations together under one name, we’re able to offer a more advanced network and infrastructure to the newly joined Crocker and RingSquared customers. This includes new services available in your area and a centralized, local support team.
For accounts new to AccessPlus:
- Your monthly invoices will now come from AccessPlus
- The AccessPlus name & logo will appear on billing and support communications
- You have a new remit to name & address, and a new W-9
What’s Not Changing
- Your current services, contacts, and pricing stay the same
- You’ll continue to work with the same team you’ve always known
- There will be no disruptions to your services during this transition
- And no changes to your billing if you currently use online auto-payments

Update your billing records with the AccessPlus W-9 form and the AccessPlus remit to name and address.
