This guide will help you find your services on the new Client Portals page, where you can log into your accounts to manage settings and billing.

If You Have an AccessPlus Fiber Account
If you have a residential or business AccessPlus fiber account, look for the AccessPlus Fiber Internet Portal block and click the Account Login button to log into your fiber account.

If You Have AccessPlus Voice Service
If you have voice services, including hosted PBX or Crocker Voice, look for the AccessPlus Voice Services block and click the Account Login button to log into your voice account.

If You Need a Billing Portal
There are different billing portals for specific groups of AccessPlus customers. If you have an account number that begins with APC or CC, click the first button to go to your billing portal.
If you have an account number that instead begins with RSQ, or a numeric-only account number, click the second button to go to your billing portal.
If you are on Block Island, click the Blog Island Billing Login help text OR look for the Block Island Billing login button in the Crocker Account Services block in the 2nd row.

If Your Business Account Needs to Submit a Support Ticket
If you have an AccessPlus business account and need to submit a support ticket, look for the AccessPlus Business Account Support block, click the Submit Ticket button, and fill out the form to submit a support ticket. Our support team will reach out to you.

If You Have the New RingSquared UCaaS
If you have the new RingSquared UCaaS with smartphone apps for mobile and desktop, look for the New RingSquared UCaaS blog. Users can log in by clicking the Client Portal button, while administrators can log in by clicking the Administrator Portal button.

If You Use the RingSquared East UCaaS
If you use the RingSquared East UCaaS, look for the RingSquared East Portal UCaaS block. Users can log in by clicking the Client Portal button, while administrators can log in by clicking the Administrator Portal button.

If You are Located on Block Island
If you are a business or resident of Block Island, RI, look for the Crocker Account Services block and click on the Block Island Billing button to log into your account and manage your billing.
If you are not located on Block Island and need to log into your billing portal, look for the AccessPlus Business Billing Portal block and click the Billing Login button.

If You Use Crocker Web Mail
If you use Crocker Web Mail email service, look for the Crocker Account Services block and click on the Crocker Web Mail button to log into your Crocker email account.

If You Use Digital Fax
If you use Digital Fax to send electronic faxes, look for the Digital Fax block and click on the Account Login button to log in and send a fax.
